Förändringar i sammansättningen av Nordic Hedge Index i january 2013

Stockholm (HedgeFonder.nu) – Det nya året medförde vissa förändringar i HedgeNordics databaser som ligger till grund för Nordic Hedge Index (NHX) och dess fem delindex.

Nya tillägg till Nordic Hedge Index är Sentat Event Driven Fund (Sve, MultiStrat), Capricorn FXG10 (DK, CTA), Ålandsbanken Commodity Fund (Sve, CTA), två fonder från ALFAKRAFT, ALFA Edge (Sve, MultiStrat) och ALFA Quant (Sve, Fond-i-Fond).

Isländska Borealis togs bort från indexet på grund av att förvaltaren under en period inte lyckades leverera fondens NAV, vilket gör Verto Recovery Fund till den enda isländska fonden i databasen.

Norska Sector power flyttades från CTA-delindexet till multi strat och följer därmed de övriga fem kraftfonder som ändrade kategori under december. Per den 31 januari var 118 fonder listade på NHX. Den största gruppen är aktiestrategier med 46 fonder, följt av Multi Strategy-hedgefonder (24) CTA (14) and fixed income-fokuserade hedgefonder (9).

70 av fonderna är svenska, 20 norska, 14 från Danmark, 12 från Finland och Island stannar kvar med en fond representerad.

Att lista sig på NHX är kostnadsfritt för fondförvaltare till och med juni 2013.
