Brummer-fonder fick bra början på 2013

Stockholm (HedgeFonder.nu) – Fonderna inom Brummer-familjen hade generellt sett en bra månad – det konstateras när resultaten för januari summeras.

Futuris steg goda 2,02% under månaden och CTA-fonden Lynx verkligen lyckades hitta rätt trender och leverera 3,60% under perioden.

Kredithedgefonden Observatory hade även de en bra månad, med en uppgång på 1,6%.

Den riktiga rökaren i januari stod dock teknologifonden Manticore för, med ett resultat på imponerande +6,6%. Den marknadsneutrala fonden Archipel steg med i sammanhanget modesta +0,33%.

Sämre gick det för det gamla Goldman Sachs-gänget som förvaltar Event Driven-fonden Benros, där januari innebar en nedgång på -0,6%. Detta följer på föregående år som avslutades med negativt resultat.

Även Zenit backade, -0,77%, liksom Nektar med en nedgång på -1,18%, efter att båda två ha levererat goda helårsresultat för 2012.

Brummer Multi-Strategy, som investerar i samtliga singelstrategier, steg med 1,6% i januari.
