Aberdeen förstärker inom Property Asset Management

Aberdeen Asset Management har rekryterat Kristina Rosqvist till tjänsten som förvaltningschef, Head of Property Asset Management. Kristina har ett gediget fastighetskunnande. Hon kommer närmast från Vasakronan där hon arbetat som Affärsområdeschef. Kristina tillträdde den 1 oktober.

Vidare har Aberdeen rekryterat Kinga Kinnunen till tjänsten som förvaltningschef, Head of Property Asset Management SEB, dvs. specifikt för ett av våra viktigaste uppdrag.
Kinga kommer närmast från KF Fastigheter där hon arbetade som Chef för Hyresgästrepresentation. Kinga tillträdde den 31 oktober.

Båda tjänsterna är placerade i Stockholm.

Totalt under 2011 har Aberdeen expanderat sin totala förvaltningsvolym på fastighetssidan med ca 2,5 miljarder kronor och personalen har ökat med runt 15 personer inom fond och fastighetsförvaltning.

Aberdeen Asset Management förvaltar för närvarande drygt 300 fastigheter runt om i Sverige till ett värde av cirka 30 miljarder kronor i egna fonder och genom externa förvaltningsuppdrag. Antalet medarbetare uppgår totalt till cirka 90 personer.
