Avanza listar vinnarna bland hedgefonder

Stockholm (Hedgenordic.com) – Trots en stökig inledning på året för många marknader runt om i världen, har det funnits möjligheter att tjäna pengar om man valt rätt investering. Hedgefonder har ju som en uppgift att kunna leverera okorrelerad avkastning, trots omvärldens oförmåga att under vissa tider skapa värde.

Avanza Bank listar på sin hemsida de hedgefonder som lyckats bäst den senaste 3-månadersperioden. Bland de 10 fonder med bäst avkastning har tre av dessa ett resultat på >10%.

Bästa fond är DNBs fond ECO Absolute Return (+14,77%), som investerar i aktier inom förnybar energi. Den har dock en inte alltför smickrande historik och frågan som dröjer sig kvar är om detta trendskifte är uthålligt?

Nummer två på listan är PriorNilsson Idea, med en uppgång på 13,43%. Fonden är en Lång-kort aktiehedgefond, inom ett europeiskt univers, med koncentrerad portfölj (20-30 innehav) och hög målavkastning: ca 10-20% årligen. Fondens målsättning vad gäller risknivå är 10-25%.

Rhenman Healthcare Equity L/S – som HedgeNordic har rapporterat om tidigare – är den tredje bästa fonden under senaste 3-månadersperioden, med en uppgång på 11,62%. Healthcaresektorn verkar vara fortsatt het. Förvaltarna hävdar att det strukturella skiftet mot större fokus på hälsosektorn och fler vällevnadssjukdomar bland befolkningen inom tillväxtekonomierna, gör att förutsättningarna för bra resultat är goda framöver.
