Stockholm (Hedgenordic) – Ulf Erlandsson (pictured) will leave Swedish hedge fund Strukturinvest Fondkommission AB after disagreement over the structural set-up of some funds, Bloomberg reports.

Erlandsson, who was hired by Strukturinvest in 2017 to manage a green hedge-fund strategy known as Glacier Impact, will leave the investment firm mid-December. Prior to joining Strukturinvest, Erlandsson ran the credit and sovereigns, supranationals and agencies books at Swedish state pension fund AP4.

Erlandsson’s departure follows “differences in opinion on the structural set-up of the funds I worked with, which we unfortunately were not able to resolve,” he said in an emailed response to questions sent from Bloomberg on Wednesday.

Strukturinvest plans to continue with the Glacier Impact strategy and is now trying to find a new fund manager for it, Chief Executive Officer Thomas Olsson said by phone to Bloomberg.
