Filip Weintraubs nya fond Skagen Focus lanseras den 26 maj

Göteborg (FinWire) – Filip Weintraubs nya fond hos Skagen Fonder ska lanseras den 26 maj och har fått namnet Skagen Focus. Det blir en koncentrerad global aktiefond med upp till 35 innehav, skriver Realtid.

Det avslöjades redan i november 2014 att Weintraub återvänder till Skagen efter beslutet att lägga ned den egna fonden Labrusca Global.

Filip Weintraub var länge en hyllad förvaltare av Skagen Global. Han lyckades skapa en avkastning på 15,4 procent per år under åren 2001-2010. Det skapade stor uppmärksamhet när han hoppade av Skagen för att starta den egna fonden Labrusca Global. Fonden blev dock en besvikelse och drabbades av stora utflöden, vilket ledde fram till beslutet att helt lägga ned.
