East Capital förenklar genom etablering av master-feeder-struktur

East Capital etablerar en så kallad master-feeder-struktur och tar tillvara på möjligheterna som finns i UCITS IV-lagstiftningen. Med en master-feeder-struktur kan East Capital effektivisera och förbättra den internationella distributionen av fonder. Förändringen möjliggör för investerare i East Capitals Luxemburg-baserade SICAV-fonder att investera i tre tidigare inte tillgängliga fonder; East Capital Baltikumfonden, East Capital Balkanfonden och East Capital Turkietfonden.

”Vi ser hur UCITS IV-regelverket gör att Europa växer fram som en gemensam, enhetlig fondmarknad, men regelkraven leder också till ökade legala och administrativa kostnader. Men UCITS IV möjliggör även för fondförvaltare att konsolidera och samla fondadministrationen till en plats och på så sätt uppnå skalfördelar. Detta är bra för investerarna eftersom vi kan möta kostnadstrycket med administrativ effektivisering”, säger Albin Rosengren, partner och VD för East Capital.

East Capitals fem svenska UCITS-fonder kommer att bli feeder-fonder som investerar genom motsvarande fonder i East Capitals befintliga SICAV-paraply i Luxemburg. Feeder-fonderna förvaltas av East Capitals förvaltningsbolag i Luxemburg – East Capital Asset Management SA.
