Brummer & Partners: stänger redan nya fonden Carve för nyteckning

Stockholm (HedgeFonder.nu) – Brummer & Partners lanserade i mitten av november 2012 den nya fonden Carve, med de tidigare Zenit-förvaltarna Per Josefsson, Peter Thelin och Bo Börtmark i ledningen. Strategin i Carve (Cross Asset Relative Value Equity focus) är bland annat att utnyttja skillnader i prissättningen av olika tillgångsslag inom ett bolags kapitalstruktur och kan t.ex. investera både i akter och krediter i ett bolag.

Efter att på kort tid ha nått upp till ett förvaltat kapital på totalt ca 6,2 miljarder SEK (Carve 1: 4,2 mdr, Carve 2: 2,0 mdr) sedan fondens start i november 2012, har fondbolaget beslutat att stänga Carve 2 för nyteckning tills vidare.

Fonden har hittills mer än väl levererat enligt förväntningarna, med en uppgång på +5,98% hittills under 2013 (t.o.m 28 juni) och +6,42% ackumulerat sedan fondens start.

Sista teckningsdag före stängning är den 30 september 2013, anmälan om teckning ska ske senast den 20 september 2013. Fondbolaget har även bestämt att inte acceptera en högre sammanlagd nettoteckning än 200 miljoner kronor vid teckningsdagen i september. Tilldelning vid eventuell överteckning kommer ske pro rata i enlighet med fondbestämmelserna. Carve 2 har en minsta insättning om 500.000:- SEK.
