Credit Suisse: Döper om sina hedgefondindex

London (HedgeFonder.nu) – Credit Suisse, en av världens största leverantörer av finansiella tjänster har döpt om sina hedgefondindex, från och med den 10e juli.

Indexen var tidigare kända som Dow Jones Credit Suisse Hedge Fund Indexes och kommer nu att heta Credit Suisse Hedge Fund Index. All metodologi och regler för indexen förblir oförändrade.

Credit Suisse Hedge Fund Index är en av branschens främsta tillgångsviktade hedgefond index, som avser att ge en tydlig, objektiv och korrekt bild av hedgefondsindustrin.

Indexen är konstruerade genom en egenutvecklad databas med mer än 9.000 hedgefonder.

Credit Suisse har också en serie av Liquid Alternative Beta (LAB) index som avstäms gentemot Credit Suisse hedgefondsindex. LAB-indexen försöker replikera de sammanlagda avkastningsprofilerna för alla hedgefondstrategier som använder likvida, omsättningsbara instrument.
