Spanien: S & P sänker kreditbetyg till BBB+

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Spaniens kreditbetyg sänks till BBB+ från tidigare A av kreditvärderingsinstitutet Standard & Poor’s. Utsikterna är fortsatt negativa.

Det skriver Bloomberg News.

“Spaniens budgetbana kommer troligen att försämras mot en bakgrund av ekonomisk kontraktion. Samtidigt ser vi en ökad sannolikhet för att den spanska regeringen kommer att behöva ge ytterligare finanspolitiskt stöd till banksektorn. Som en konsekvens av detta tror vi att det finns förhöjda risker för att Spaniens nettoskuld kan stiga ytterligare”, skrev S&P.

S&P skrev vidare att de kan överväga en nedgradering om det politiska stödet för nuvarande reformagenda skulle minska.

“Vi kan vidare också sänka kreditbetyget om vi ser att Spaniens externa position förvärras eller om konkurrenskraften inte fortsätter att närma sig landets handelsparters, en nyckelfaktor för att Spanien ska kunna återgå till uthållig tillväxt i ekonomin och sysselsättningen”, skrev S&P.
