STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Microsoft och Nokia har kommit överens om att Microsoft ska köpa Nokias telefonverksamhet för 19 miljarder dollar.

Det rapporterar flera media på onsdagen med hänvisning till uppgifter från den ryske journalisten och bloggaren Eldar Murtazin.

Eldar Murtazin, som driver internetsidan mobile- review, uppgav på onsdagen att Microsoft och Nokia har kommit överens om en affär där Microsoft köper Nokiasmobiltelefonverksamhet för 19 miljarder dollar, och att en affär kan genomförasunder det innevarande året.

Nokia har dementerat uppgiften.

En talesperson för Microsoft ville inte kommentera uppgiften när han utfrågadesav CNBC.

Nokias aktie steg 4,8 procent i New York, där bolaget är sidonoterat, efter att uppgiften publicerades.
