EAST CAPITAL EXPLORER: REALISERAR INVESTERING

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) East Capital Explorer säljer sina aktier I Wimm-Bill-Dann, en rysk producent av juicer och mejeriprodukter.

Det framgår av ett pressmeddelande.

Aktierna säljs till Pepsico som hade lagt ett budpliktsbud till kursen 132
dollar. East Capital Explorer fick därmed 7,4 miljoner euro, ett belopp som nu hålls tillgänligt för framtida investeringar.

Den årliga avkastningen på investeringen i Wimm-Bill-Dann blev 17,4 procent före skatt på initital investering om 6,8 miljoner euro. Räknat i transaktionsvalutan dollar är den årliga avkastningen 39,7 procent.
