Stockholm (HedgeNordic) – PensionDanmark’s Head of Alternatives, Kim Nielsen, is leaving the Danish pension fund after 11 years to join the newly-established family office of Tais Clausen, the co-founder of Danish 3D scanner manufacturer 3Shape, as Investment Director. The pension fund’s Head of Private Debt, Rune Gade Holm, has been appointed to replace Nielsen in the role that is now called Head of Private Markets.

“After having been part of a fantastic journey for the past 11 years in PensionDanmark within Alternative Investments, I have chosen to retire as Head of Alternative Investments to start a new fantastic journey, as Investment Director in a newly established Family Office for one of the 3Shape founders Tais Clausen,” Kim Nielsen announces on LinkedIn. “I pass the baton to Rune Gade Holm, who I have worked closely with for the past 10 years and who has played a major role in developing and professionalizing Alternative Investments in PensionDanmark.”
