Stockholm (HedgeNordic) – Themes-focused Atlas Global Macro, co-founded by Danish entrepreneur, author and investor Lars Tvede, will be the first hedge fund available on Nordnet’s Danish market. Pan-Nordic digital savings and investments platform Nordnet has entered into a new collaboration with Tvede’s hedge fund to make Atlas Global Macro available on the Nordnet investment platform for wealthy private investors from September.

With the new collaboration, Nordnet’s Private Banking customers will be able to invest directly in Atlas Global Macro with a minimum investment of DKK 950,000. “We are pleased to now also be able to offer a new exciting product to our Private Banking customers. Atlas Global Macro is the first hedge fund we offer on the Danish market,” Anne Buchardt, Nordnet’s country manager in Denmark, comments on the collaboration. “It is important to us that we have a relevant offer for all types of clients, regardless of whether you are new as an investor or have a larger fortune and experience,” she continues. “The common denominator is competitive prices and access to a wide range of relevant financial products.”

“I am very pleased that the fund will now be available to a broad group of wealthy private customers in Denmark, and we will achieve this with the agreement with Nordnet.”

“I am very pleased that the fund will now be available to a broad group of wealthy private customers in Denmark, and we will achieve this with the agreement with Nordnet,” Tvede comments on the collaboration with Nordnet. After co-founding several ventures such as the Supertrends group of forecasting companies and Supertrends Institute and writing 17 books on business cycles, psychology, trading psychology and other topics, Lars Tvede co-launched Atlas Global Macro at the end of May this year. The hedge fund currently oversees about DKK 1.8 billion of assets under management from a group of 1,100 investors.

“Atlas Global Macro is a global macro-focused fund based on themes, employing a long-term-oriented and directional approach with an overlay of a tactical approach,” Tvede told HedgeNordic earlier this year. “I have a team that screens and groups material according to relevance and theme, and then I spend several hours daily reading analyzes. I listen to all advice and thoughts, but I make conclusions and decisions about the fund’s investments,” Tvede explains the investment decision-making process in connection with the Nordnet collaboration.
