Jussi Rouhento has been appointed Managing Director at Catella Asset Management Finland. He will start his position on January 2, 2019 and will replace Eero Syväniemi who will retire in February.

”We are delighted to welcome Jussi Rouhento to our team as head of our Finnish asset management operations. Catella’s Property Investment Management business area is in a strong growth phase and Jussi’s broad competence and experience supports the execution of Catella’s strategy. We also want to thank Eero Syväniemi for his successful and long contribution to Catella as Head of our Finnish business”, says Timo Nurminen, Head of Catella Property Investment Management.

”I am excited about the new challenge and the opportunity to join Catella’s team. Catella Group is in a strong phase of growth also in Finland and I want to bring in my contribution to further strengthen and sharpen the role of asset management services. My past 14 years in the field of institutional property fund business will hopefully provide a good platform to understand the needs and requirements of the institutional investors related to professional and successful fund and asset management” says Jussi Rouhento.

Catella has since 2015 invested strongly in the Property Investment Management business area. Services cover regulated property fund management, asset management and project management service segments. During the past three years a European wide organization has been built covering 10 countries and doubling AuM to EUR 6.2 billion.
