Adrigo Asset Management continues its growth through the recruitment of Sven Thorén as Senior Portfolio Manager. Thorén most recently worked as portfolio manager for Catella Hedgefond, with previous engagements as fund manager or analyst within Bummer & Partners, Nordea and Pan Capital.

”The recruitment of Sven Thorén means that we add a senior fund manager to our company. He will be able to share significant responsibilities in our organization when we continue on our path to expansion”, says  CIO Göran Tornée.

Thorén will work as co-portfolio manager to the firm’s flagship fund, the 2,6 billion SEK Adrigo Hegde. In a call with HedgeNordic Tornée calls Thorén´s signing an “excellent hire and a good brick in building Adrigo´s future.”

Only a year ago, Adrigo had recruited Staffan Östlin from Origo Capital, to set up the then-new fund, Adrigo Small & Mid Cap L/S.
