Stockholm (HedgeNordic) – In a video interview, Patrik Brummer and newly appointed managing director and portfolio manager  Mikael Spångberg, responsible for Brummer Multistrategy talk about the performance of the fund so far in 2017.

For Patrik Brummer, the performance is definitely better than in the past few years, and the quality of the performance is high. He is particularly satisfied by the fact that the short books of the long/short equity strategies have contributed significantly to the positive performance. Mikael Spångberg points out that outperformance on the long/short equity strategies shows that fundamental analysis is paying out. The systematic & CTA strategies have faced a tough environment, as there was no defined market trend.
