STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Facebook kommer i samband med börsnoteringen att sälja 337,4 miljoner aktier i prisintervallet 28 till 35 dollar.

Det skriver Bloomberg News, och tillägger att noteringsvillkoren implicerar ett börsvärde på upp till 74,8 miljarder dollar.
