STOCKHOLM (Direkt) East Capital Explorer investerar 10 miljoner euro i East Capitals nya fastighetsfond East Capital Baltic Property Fund II.

Det framgår av ett pressmeddelande.

Fondens första investering är i en modern fastighet i Tallinn.

Fonden har ett avkastningsmål på 15-20 procent per år för gjorda investeringar med en målsättning om en årlig utdelning före skatt på 4-6 procent. Fondens löptid är sju år.
