Catella: resultat efter skatt

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Catella redovisar ett resultat efter skatt på 19 miljoner kronor för det andra kvartalet (-8).

Omsättningen uppgick till 212 miljoner kronor (0).

Resultatet har belastats med etablerings- och förvärvskostnader på 5 miljoner kronor samt av en reservering om 3 miljoner för en befarad tillkommande momskostnad i den svenska verksamheten.

Rörelseresultatet för kvarvarande verksamheter uppgick till -3 miljoner kronor (-8) och resultat efter skatt för kvarvarande verksamheter blev 12 miljoner (-13).

Kvartalets kassaflöde uppgick till -189 miljoner (154) varav kassaflöde från kvarvarande verksamheter uppgick till -69 miljoner (-35).

“Sammanfattningsvis är Catellas resultatutfall i andra kvartalet 2011 belastat med etablerings- och förvärvskostnader, samtidigt som koncernens intjäning underkvartalets sista månad påverkades av finansmarknadens volatilitet”, kommenterar Catellas vd Johan Ericsson.
