Salus Alpha Equity Hedged upp 6.20% hittills i år

Stockholm (HedgeFonder.nu) – Salus Alpha Equity Hedged hade en avkastning på +6.20% under året hittills per den 25/7, och är därmed bättre än S&P 500 index med 0,69%.

På 12 månaders rullande avkastning är alfa-bidraget till avkastningen från Salus Alpha Equity Hedged 8% jämfört med S&P 500 och fondens rullande 12-månaders beta är för närvarande -0,16. Detta innebär att under de senaste 12 månaderna, hade fonden en avkastning på 8% till följd av aktiv förvaltning (s.k. alfa).

Avkastningen i fonden slog HFRX Equity Hedge Index med 14,48%. Salus Alpha Equity Hedged har förnärvarande 40% exponering till Long Bias, 23% till Market Neutral, 7% till Long / Short Variabel Bias, och 30% till Short Bias.

Hedgefonden är en s.k. “Enhanced Index Tracker”, och följer det börsnoterade LSX – Long / Short Equity Index. LSX är ett Multi Manager – Long / Short Equity Index som investerar i 10 till 30 globala hedgefonder som specialiserat sig på aktiestrategier. Sedan 1997 har indexet gett en avkastning på ca 16% per år med en volatilitet på ca 3% per år.

Salus Alpha Equity Hedged ger exponering mot aktiemarknaden till en lägre risk och korrelation än traditionella fonder. Fonden har daglig likviditet. Fonden är tillgänglig i PPM som den enda hedgefonden inom lång / kort, aktier.
