This year’s Alternative Fixed Income report from HedgeNordic explores how institutional investors and asset managers are navigating this new reality, balancing yield and resilience amid shifting credit cycles, structural change, and evolving sources of return.

I samband med Cleantech Capital Day och finalen av Nordic Cleantech Open i Köpenhamn, är Cleantech Scandinavia idag värd för mer än 300 individuella möten mellan unga lovande cleantech-företag som representerar den nordiska starup-arenan och intresserade investerare och beslutsfattare från industrin. Alla möten äger rum inom en enda timme.

Bland de 180 deltagarna återfinns cirka 50 investerare, en majoritet av dem företräder de största europeiska finansiärerna inom cleantech; Climate Change Capital, Environmental Technologies Fund, BASF, Siemens, Investinor, Cleantech Invest, Northzone Ventures, Capricorn, Sustainable Technologies Fund, Energy Future Invest och många fler.

”Vi ser Cleantech Capital Day som en modern marknadsplats för hela Norden när det gäller cleantech investeringar. Potentialen idag – rent teoretiskt – var upp emot 900 nya möten.”, säger Alexander Bigge Lidgren på Cleantech Scandinavia, arrangören av Nordic Cleantech Open och Cleantech Capital Day 2011.

“Nordic Cleantech Open är viktigt för oss då vi hoppas på att utöka vårt kontaktnät med större spelare som är intresserade av framtida samarbeten”, säger Ane Christophersen på WindFlip, ett av de deltagande och tävlande cleantech-företagen med säte i Stavanger, Norge.

“Vi ser fram emot att träffa potentiella investerare och har förberett noga för detta”, säger Mattias Karls på svenska företaget Applied Nano Surfaces, som även de presenterar sin lösning under tävlingen senare i kväll.
