Bästa nordiska aktiehedgefond 2014

Stockholm (HedgeNordic) – Den 22 april 2015, delades priser ut till de bästa nordiska hedgefonderna i sju olika kategorier vid Nordic Hedge Award.

På tredjeplats i kategorin “bästa aktiehedgefond” hamnade norska Sector Asset Managements Sector Sigma Nordic Fund, en nordisk lång/kort aktiehedgefond som primärt investerar i Norden.

På andra plats kom en annan norsk förvaltare, Taiga Fund Management med fonden Taiga. Fonden är en lång/kort aktiehedgefond som handlar en koncentrerad portfölj med fokus på positioner där förvaltaren känner stark tilltro. Taiga tilldelades också andraplatsen i kategorin “bästa nordiska hedgefond 2014”.

Vinnar av kategorin “bästa nordiska aktiehedgefond 2014” blev svenska Rhenman Healthcare Equity L/S, en global lång/kort aktiehedgefond med fokus på hälsovård- och biotekniksektorn.

Rhenman & Partners vann även priset “Hedgenordic Performance Award 2014” som går till den fond som haft bäst absolutavkastning sett över alla fondkategorier. Förvaltaren tog även hem tredjepriset i kategorin “bästa nordiska hedgefond”.

Detta är tredje året i rad som Rhenman Healthcare Equity L/S vinner kategorin “bästa nordiska aktiehedgefond”.

Kamran joined a multi-family office managing their own fund of hedgefunds with 400 million USD AuM in 2009. Kamran has worked and lived in Vienna, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Stockholm. Born in 1974, Kamran today again lives in Vienna, Austria.
