Pimco Total Return rapporterar ett nettoutflöde för 20:e månaden i rad

Göteborg (FinWire) –  Pengarna fortsätter att flöda ut ur Pimcos största fond Pimco Total Return Fund, skriver Reuters. Det efter att fonden noterat ett nettoutflöde för 20:e månaden i rad i december. Fondens tillgångar är nu mindre än hälften så stora som de var vid sin topp under 2013.

I ett uttalande skriver firman att nettoflödet under december uppgick till 19,4 miljarder dollar, dubbelt så mycket som under november då nettoutflödet noterades till 9,5 miljarder dollar.

Fondens tillgångar ligger nu på 143,4 miljarder dollar, jämfört med toppnivån på nästan 293 miljarder dollar under 2013.

Under samma tidsperiod noterades rivalen Jeffrey Gundblachs DoubleLine Funds för ett nettoinflöde på 2,23 miljarder dollar. Det var 11:e månaden i rad som fonden rapporterade ett nettoinflöde.

Pimco Total Return avkastade 4,69 procent under 2014, vilket var en sämre utveckling än 76 procent av jämförbara fonder, enligt Morningstar.
