Antalet nya hedgefonder minskade till 240 i KV3

Göteborg (FinWire) – Antalet nystartade hedgefonder minskade till 240 i det tredje kvartalet, vilket är den lägsta nivån sedan tredje kvartalet förra året. Det visar en färsk rapport från HFR, skriver Reuters.

Hittills i år har 814 nya hedgefonder lanserats. Samtidigt har 200 fonder stängts ned under det tredje kvartalet och under det senaste året har 957 lagts ned.

Hedgefonderna förvaltade i slutet av tredje kvartalet rekordhöga 2,82 biljoner dollar.
