Oktober hittills en förlorad månad för Brummer

Stockholm (HedgeNordic.com) – Oktober har börjat riktigt illa för Brummer & Partners. Brummer Multi-Strategy var ner -3,0% per 15:e oktober, efter stora nedgångar för flera fonder inom gruppen.

Det är nytillskottet inom Brummer, macrofonden Canosa, som tappat rejält efter att helt ha gått bort sig i den turbulensen på marknaden under inledningen av oktober. Fonden har per den 15:e gått ner -8,6% under månaden (2014: -7,8%). Även den tidigare lysande stjärnan, techfonden Manticore, fortsätter sin nedförsbacke under året och tappar -6,1% (2014: -11,2%).

Ironiskt nog är det endast Archipel som stått emot nedgångarna och stiger +1,5% under oktober. Brummer Multi-Strategy har nyligen beslutat lösa in hela innehavet i fonden, som därmed kommer läggas ner efter några avkastningsmässigt svaga år.

Per den 22 oktober har dock fallet för Brummer Multi-Strategy mildrats något och uppgår nu till -2,6% för månaden och -0,5% för helåret.
