Coeli Private Equity – första fond på NGM:s AIF lista

Stockholm (HedgeNordic.com) – NGM:s nya specialanpassade lista för alternativa investeringsfonder, Nordic AIF, startar per den 27 augusti handel med dess första fond, Coeli Private Equity 2014 AB. Fonden är ett investeringsbolag som ger mindre investerare tillgång till den nordiska mindre och medelstora så kallade utköpsmarknaden, även kallad buy out.

I en kommentar till noteringen säger Jan Sundqvist, VD för Coeli Private Equity 2014 AB:

“Vi är glada över att kunna erbjuda marknaden ytterligare ett investeringsbolag inom private equity som nu också uppfyller de tuffa krav som myndigheterna kräver. Vi tror att många investerare vill ha private equity som en naturlig del i sin allokering och då med fördel en portföljstruktur som ger en god riskspridning och diversifiering.”

NGM:s vice VD, Tommy Fransson, säger i en kommentar:

“Sedan vi lanserade den nya listan har flera AIF-fonder hört av sig. De vill fortsätta sin verksamhet som tidigare och med AIF-listan kan vi hjälpa dem med det. Att behöva notera sig kan upplevas som ett stort projekt, men vår effektiva process och det anpassade regelverket gör att vi smidigt kan genomföra noteringen på kort tid.”
