Langensjö lämnar Brummer Life

Stockholm (HedgeNordic.com) – Efter drygt ett år på posten lämnar Mats Langensjö positionen som VD för Brummer & Partners försäkringsbolag Brummer Life. Försäkringsbolagets styrelse har utnämnt Helena Palmgren till tillförordnad VD.

Brummer & Partners startade 2011 det egna försäkringsbolaget Brummer Life Försäkringsaktiebolag (Brummer Life) som ett led i gruppens långsiktiga satsning inom pensionsområdet. Mats Langensjö gick till Brummer Life i augusti 2012 samtidigt som han slutförde uppdraget att utreda AP-fondssystemet på uppdrag av regeringen. Mats Langensjö lämnar nu sitt uppdrag i bolaget i samförstånd med styrelsen. Brummer Lifes vice VD Helena Palmgren tillträder som tillförordnad VD.

– Helena har omfattande kunskap och erfarenhet inom försäkringsområdet. Hon har haft en central roll vid sjösättningen och uppbyggnaden av vårt försäkringsbolag, säger Svante Elfving, styrelseordförande i Brummer Life och fortsätter:

“Vi tackar Mats för hans tid hos oss och önskar honom lycka till med framtida utmaningar. Vår strategi inom pensionsområdet ligger fast där utgångspunkten är att pensionsspararens intressen måste få mycket större utrymme.”
