AMF Fastigheter köper ytterligare fastigheter i Marievik

AMF Fastigheter förvärvar två större kontorsfastigheter i Marievik, Stockholm. Fastigheterna Marievik 23 och Marievik 26 omfattar strax över 40 000 kvm kontorsyta. AMF Fastigheter förstärker därmed sin position i Liljeholmsområdet.

– Vi är glada att kunna komplettera vår portfölj i Marievik med ytterligare två kontorsfastigheter. Under senare år har Marievik utvecklats och har idag en bra blandning av arbetsplatser och bostäder. Läget och de goda kommunikationerna bidrar också till att öka områdets attraktionskraft över tid, säger Mats Hederos, VD AMF Fastigheter.

Fastighetstransaktionen sker genom bolagsförvärv med ett underliggande fastighetsvärde om cirka 1,3 miljarder kronor. Säljare är Aberdeens Pan-Nordiska fond. Med de tillkommande fastigheterna omfattar AMF Fastigheters portfölj i Marievik cirka 120 000 kvm uthyrbar yta.

Marievik ligger i Liljeholmsområdet sydväst om Södermalm i Stockholm. Fullt utbyggt kommer området att erbjuda attraktiva bostäder och kontor i sjöläge med gångavstånd till god service och allmänna kommunikationer. Det finns tunnelbana, tvärspårväg, ett flertal busslinjer och med bil har man nära till E4/E20.

– Närheten till Södermalm och Stockholm city är en positiv faktor och snart kommer säkert Liljeholmen att betraktas som en del av innerstaden. Vi ser en stor utvecklingspotential för Marievik, säger Mats Hederos.
