Tyska författningsdomstolen godkänner ESM med villkor

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Den tyska författningsdomstolen godkänner att Tyskland ratificerar stödfonden ESM, med vissa villkor. Beslutet gäller också euroområdets budgetpakt.

Det meddelade domstolen på onsdagen, enligt Bloomberg News. Enligt författningsdomstolen får Tysklands åtaganden till ESM inte överstiga 190 miljarder euro utan godkännande av förbundsdagen.
Domstolen fastslår vidare att parlamentets båda kamrar måste hållas informerade om regeringens beslut om ESM. Författningsdomstolen avslår vidare en anmälan mot att ECB ska kunna köpa statsobligationer.
