    Leveranser tidningspapper Europa -0,2%

    STOCKHOLM (Direkt) De totala leveranserna av tidningspapper i Europa minskade med 0,2 procent i augusti till 844.000 ton, jämfört med motsvarande period året innan.

    Det visar ny statistik från organisationen för europeiska tryckpappersproducenter, Eurograph.

    Efterfrågan på tidningspapper i Europa minskade samtidigt med 7,3 procent i augusti, jämfört med samma månad 2011, till 685.000 ton.

    Leveranserna av tidningspapper från europeiska producenter till Europa backade med 6,1 procent till 666.000 ton, medan leveranserna till länder utanför Europa ökade med 30,8 procent till 178.000 ton.

    De totala leveranserna av SC-papper, som används till kataloger, från Europa, minskade med 1,6 procent under månaden. Efterfrågan på SC-papper inom Europa sjönk med 2,1 procent till 303.000 ton.

    Leveranser i Europa av bestruket papper (coated mechanical reels) minskade med 7,6 procent till 699.000 ton, medan efterfrågan minskade med 9,0 procent.

    Leveranserna av andra obestrukna kvaliteter från Europa steg med 2,5 procent, medan efterfrågan i Europa minskade med 5,0 procent.

    Inom finpapper, som Eurograph också redovisar, var leveranserna av bestruket ned 2,9 procent med det för obestruket var upp 0,3 procent.

    Efterfrågesiffrorna är delvis uppskattade och inkluderar inhemska leveranser i Europa liksom import från Nordamerika, Indonesien och Sydkorea.
