STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Apple och Samsung måste avbryta försäljningen av surfplattor och vissa typer av mobiltelefoner i Sydkorea, samt betala skadestånd till varandra. Detta efter att en domstol i Seoul slagit fast att båda bolagen gjort intrång i varandras patent.

Det skriver Bloomberg News.

Apple måste avbryta försäljningen av Iphone 3GS, Iphone 4, Ipad 1 och Ipad 2.

För Samsungs del gäller försäljningsstoppet 12 produkter, inklusive Galaxy S, Galaxy S II och Galaxy Tab.

Enligt domstolens beslut ska Apple betala 40 miljoner won (motsvarande cirka 35.000 dollar) till Samsung, medan Samsung ska betala Apple 25 miljoner won.

“Domstolsbeslutet ligger i linje med vad vi hade väntat oss. Det som är intressant är hur domarna som snart ska offentliggöras i USA kommer att påverka pågående ärenden i Europa och Australien”, kommenterar en analytiker på Shinan BNP Paribas Asset Management i Seoul, enligt Bloomberg News.
