Straffavgift på 6 miljoner kronor för Folksam LO Fond

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Finansinspektionen anser att Fondbolaget Folksam LO Fond inte har hanterat intressekonflikterna i verksamheten och har haft otillräcklig intern styrning och kontroll. Bolaget får därför en anmärkning och ska betala en straffavgift på 6 miljoner kronor.

Folksam LO Fond har påbörjat och planerat en rad åtgärder för att komma till rätta med bristerna i verksamheten, enligt pressmeddelande från Finansinspektionen.
