Spanska Bankia behöver 19 miljarder euro

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Spanska Bankia, som förstatligades tidigare under månaden, kommer att behöva 19 miljarder euro i statligt stöd för omstrukturering av verksamheten.

Det säger tre personer med insyn i ärendet, rapporterar Bloomberg News.

Tidigare har Spaniens ekonomiminister Luis de Guindos sagt att banken som minst kommer att behöva 9 miljarder euro för att klara rådande kapitalkrav.

Kreditvärderingsinstitut Standard & Poor”s och sänker på
måndagskvällen kreditbetyget för fem spanska banker, samtidigt bekräftas betyget för nio banker.

Problemtyngda Bankia var en av de banker och finansinstitut, vars kreditbetyg sänktes. Betyget sänktes till “skräp”, BB+ från BBB-, med negativa utsikter. Storbanken Banco Santanders betyg var oförändrat.
