Catella: Transaktionsvolymen steg 2,9%

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Catella redovisar en transaktionsvolym på 60,8 miljarder kronor för 2011, en ökning med 2,9 procent jämfört med transaktionsvolymen 2010.

Det framgår av ett pressmeddelande.

Inför 2012 står Europas transaktionsmarknaden inför flera utmaningar. Marknaden för kommersiella fastigheter ökade marginellt under 2011 och präglades under andra halvåret av osäkerheten inom euroområdet. Det, i kombination med strängare framtida kapitaltäckningsregler för banker, har minskat tillgången på kapital i sektorn, skriver Catella.

“Under 2012 och 2013 ska dessutom stora lånevolymer omförhandlas. Med anledning av detta satsar vi nu på att utöka vårt tjänsteutbud i flera länder för att kunna tillgodose behovet av kapital, såväl avseende eget kapital som skuld.” säger Anders Palmgren, ansvarig för Catellas corporate finance-verksamhet, enligt pressmeddelandet.
