Danska storbanker vill inte stödja Vestjyske

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Den danska finanssektorn vänder krisdrabbade Vestjyske Bank ryggen.

Det skriver den danska tidningen Börsen, med hänvisning till en telefonkonferens på måndagen där chefen för Nordeas danska enhet samt cheferna för Danske Bank, Jyske Bank och Sydbank ska ha deltagit.

Ingen av nämnda banker uppges vilja hjälpa Vestjyske ur dess existenshotande situation, vare sig för sig eller kollektivt. De danska storbankerna sammanfattade enligt uppgift bilden med att Vestjyske måste överleva på egen hand, tas över av den danska garantifonden eller bli delvis förstatligat.
