STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Aktieägarna i Nyse Euronext godkänner uppköpserbjudandet från Deutsche Boerse om 9,43 miljarder dollar.

Det skriver Bloomberg News.

Omkring 65 procent av aktieägarna i Nyse Euronext står bakom överenskommelsen, vilket är med än de 50 procent som krävs för att få igenom affären.

Om aktiebudet går igenom ger det Deutsche Boerse 60 procent i ägande av det kombinerade bolaget.
