STOCKHOLM (Direkt) City of London Investment Management Company har ökat sitt innehav i East Capital Explorer med cirka 12.000 aktier, vilket gjort att ägarandelen passerat 5-procentsgränsen.

Efter transaktionen, daterad den 15 juli, uppgår innehavet till 1.743.321
aktier, motsvarande 5 procent av kapitalet och rösterna i East Capital Explorer.

Det framgår av ett flaggningsmeddelande.
