Under Catella Fondförvaltning AB:s årsstämma valdes igår Thomas Raber som ny extern styrelseledamot i styrelsen.

Thomas Raber är född 1960 och verkar i London som VD och grundare av Alvine Capital Management Ltd. Thomas har en BA i ekonomi från Boston University och en MBA från University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Han har arbetat inom finansbranschen sedan 1983 och har i sin karriär tjänstgjort på Lehman Brothers i London; på Credit Suisse First Boston; London och New York, Banque Nationale de Paris; London och Key Asset Management (UK) Limited; London där han var VD åren 1997 – 2005.

– Thomas Rabers gedigna branschkunnande, kompetens och mångåriga erfarenhet kommer vi ha stor nytta av. Vi är mycket glada att han ansluter till styrelsen i Catella Fondförvaltning, säger Johan Ericsson, styrelseordförande.

Dessutom valde årsstämman de två styrelseledamöterna Fredrik Sauter, VD Catella Förmögenhetsförvaltning och Johan Nordenfalk, chefsjurist på Catella AB till styrelsen. Styrelseledamoten Ando Wikström, CFO Catella AB, hade undanbett sig omval och utgår ur styrelsen.

Johan Ericsson, styrelseordförande, Lars H. Bruzelius, Peter Friberg, Thomas Raber, Fredrik Sauter och Johan Nordenfalk.
