Systematisk Kapitalförvaltning förnyar sin strategi

Styrelsen för Systematisk Kapitalförvaltning i Sverige AB (publ) har beslutat att förnya bolagets strategi.

Koncernens fokus kommer att flyttas från att erbjuda företag och privatpersoner försäkringsmäkleri och fonder inom ramen för helägda dotterbolag till bl. a nydanande produkter inom ramen för bl. a fastighetsfonder. Christian Sternek har lämnat styrelsen på egen begäran.

I en kommentar säger VD Arild Russ. “Vi har tagit fram flera intressanta nya produkter och tjänster bl. a inom ramen för fastighetsfonder. På basis av dessa har vi nyligen genomfört en nyemission, vilken nästan blev fulltecknad. Stor del av emissionslikviden utgörs dock av kvittning av fordringar på
Systematisk Kapitalförvaltning i Sverige AB mot units, bestående av aktier och teckningsoptioner. Styrelsen har därför kommit fram till att aktieägarna bäst gynnas av att vi förskjuter fokus från försäkringsmäkleri och ett brett fondutbud till satsning på bl a fastighetsfonder.”
