Cubera annonserar framgångsrika första stängning av Cubera VI

”Mer än EUR 35 miljarder förvaltas av nordiska private equity-fonder, huvudsakligen i fonder med 10-13 års investeringshorisont. Cubera är en viktig del i skapandet av en andrahandsmarknad för dessa fondandelar”, säger Jørgen Kjærnes, managing partner på Cubera. ”Vi driver en extremt specialiserad verksamhet baserad på vår breda och långa erfarenhet av private equity. Detta har resulterat i en attraktiv avkastning till våra investerare, samtidigt som vi erbjuder en kortare investeringshorisont än traditionella private equity-investeringar”.

Cubera VI är hittills den största av Cuberas fonder och den första stängningen var i huvudsak riktad mot norska investerare. Nästa steg är att involvera investerare från de övriga nordiska länderna. ”Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår första stängning av Cubera VI, bara tre månader efter att den öppnades”, säger Till Gutzen, Partner på Cubera. ”Vi har en stor pipeline av investeringsmöjligheter och kan notera att antalet och kvalitén på investeringsmöjligheterna hör ökat de senaste åren. Vi ser fram emot att börja investera genom Cubera VI”.
