Georgi I. Bylgarski, FRM, CFA, CAIA Member of the Board of Directors and Director “Trading, Listing and Membership” – Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia Georgi holds a BA and MA in International Business from UNWE and a graduate certificate in finance from Georgetown University. He is FRM, CFA and CAIA charterholder as well as licensed investment advisor. The financial career of Mr. Bylgarski has commenced in the banking sector in 2002 as he worked consecutively in UniCredit Bulbank, Bulgarian national bank and European central bank. In 2007 he joined the management of Beta Corp Investment Company taking responsibility of the asset management and corporate finance consecutively. As of April 2010, Georgi Bylgarski has joined the Bulgarian stock exchange as Director “Trading, Listing and Membership” and as of September the same year he was elected at the Board of Directors of the exchange. Mr. Bylgarski teaches finance and investment classes in City University of Seattle – Bulgaria and City College, University of Sheffield.
