DELL: Michael Dell och Silver Lake köper bolaget

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Den amerikanska datortillverkaren Dell har tecknat ett slutgiltigt avtal om samgående som innebär att Dells grundare och vd Michael Dell i samarbete med Silver Lake, förvärvar Dell.

Det framgår av ett pressmeddelande.

Enligt villkoren i avtalet kommer Dell aktieägare att erhålla 13:65 dollar kontant för varje aktie i Dell.

Affären värderas till 24,4 miljarder dollar och priset motsvarar en premie om 25 procent jämfört Dells aktiekurs den 11 januari 2013.
