Nordea: Finsk bankskatt kan kosta 85 miljoner euro/år

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Förslaget om en ny bankskatt i Finland, avsedd att inbringa 170 miljoner euro, skulle kunna kosta Nordea 85 miljoner euro om året.

Det säger Rodney Alfvén, ir-chef på Nordea, till Ritzau.

“Jag kan inte kommentera den politiska dagordningen, men om bankskatten införs enligt förslaget kommer vår skattenota att öka med omkring 85 miljoner euro om
året. Om det genomförs eller inte kan jag inte bedöma”, säger Rodney Alfvén och påminner att Nordeas marknadsandel är väldigt hög.

“Under vår finska enhet ligger våra Market operations, Baltikum och internationella kontor”, förtydligar Rodney Alfvén till Nyhetsbyrån Direkt.

Enligt Danske Banks ir-chef Martin Gottlob skulle den finska bankskatten kosta den egna banken cirka 20 miljoner euro per år, framgår det av en kommentar till
Reuters.

Det finska förslaget innebär en skatt på 0,125 procent av bankernas riskvägda aktiviteter.
