Stockholm (HedgeNordic) – Global investment firm Invesco has expanded its Nordic operation with the hire of Daniel Eskilsson as Senior Sales Manager in Stockholm. The hire comes amid Invesco’s increasing focus on alternative assets such as real estate and private credit, as well as the continuous product development within the beta space across indexing and ETFs.

Daniel Eskilsson, who has more than 16 years of experience in investment banking and fintech, joins the Stockholm office of the Invesco Nordics team. He joins directly from his own start-up that simplified bespoke index investments. Before that, Eskilsson spent 13 years at J.P. Morgan in sales and origination of cross-asset derivatives transactions, where he advised and developed tailor-made investment solutions for institutional clients.

“We continue to see a great growth potential for Invesco in the Nordic region, hence I am delighted that Daniel Eskilsson, with his extensive industry knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset, joins the team,” says Stefan Behring, Head of Invesco’s Nordic operations. “Daniel’s unique experience will benefit both Invesco and our clients.”
