Ambrosia adds Attefall as New Portfolio Manager

Stockholm (HedgeNordic) – Swedish multi-strategy hedge fund Ambrosia has added Fredrik Attefall as new portfolio manager. According to a post on Ambrosia’s website, Attefall will join the fund management company on April 3 and will also become a partner of the firm.

Attefall has an extensive experience from the hedge fund industry having managed a portfolio within the Brummer Nektar fund for nine years. Prior to joining Nektar, Attefall worked as a currency options trader at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch in London, Tokyo and New York for almost nine years.

In a comment to the new hire, Ambrosia writes:

“Ambrosia are very happy to have Fredrik joining the team. We are convinced that Fredrik´s vast experience from and knowledge about financial markets will benefit the entire management of the Ambrosia fund. Through this hire, Ambrosia also adds complementary portfolio management skills given Fredrik´s background from the currency and options markets.
