New CEO at Aktie-Ansvar

Stockholm (HedgeNordic) – Swedish hedge fund manager and distributor Aktie-Ansvar announced the assignment of Sina Mostafi (pictured) as new CEO as of October 1st. Sinas previously had worked as risk manager at Alfred Berg, Garantum Fondkommission and most recently at JRS Asset Management.

Fredrik Gottlieb, Chairman of Aktie-Ansvars board, comments: “The Garantum group is now taking the step towards becoming a savings goup where Aktie-Ansvar AB plays an important role through its offering of absolute and relative return portfolios. Sina has a long experience from working with risk and compliance tasks within financial institutions and has also worked in close connection to portfolio management functions. Together with the new board of directors, we are looking for Sina to take the company to the next phase.”

Sina Mostafi, the new CEO said in a send out: “I am truly happy and grateful for the opportunity to take on the responsibility for Aktie-Ansvar. It is with grate enthusiasm that we now start working on taking Aktie-Ansvar into the next phase. The company has a long history of continutity and stability which has formed a solid foundation that we are now looking to build on. We will continue to focus on our existing offering of investment products but also add new ones. At the same time, we are looking to strengthen the company overall to better meet the requirements from clients and other partners. One example being the Aktie-Ansvar blog where the work of our invesmtent managers is pictured in a new way.”

Aktie-Ansvar also recruited a new director for administration, Eva-Lena Jansson, who joins the firm from her previous roleEnter Fonder, where she was Head of Back Office. With Eva-Lena starting on October 15, the entire new management team for Aktie-Ansvar will be in place.

Aktie-Ansvar has a total of seven funds listed in the Nordic Hedge Index: Graal, Graal Aktiehedge, Graal Kvanthedge, Graal Offensiv, Graal Total, Graal Total 2xL and Graal Trendhedge.
