Polaris Private Equity knyter till sig nyckelpersoner

Stockholm (HedgeNordic) – Polaris Private Equity, det svensk/danska Private Equity bolaget som investerar i det lägre segmentet av medelstora företag, meddelar att bolaget knutit till sig nya nyckelpersoner. Martin Lindh, tidigare SEB, ansluter som investment manager samtidigt som Thorsten Madsen nyanställs för en motsvarande roll. Thorsten kommer senast från Implement Consulting Group.

Nyanställningarna följer efter en framgångsrik första stängning av Polaris senaste Private Equity fond – Polaris Private Equity IV – som hittills fått investeringar om 2.2 miljarder DKK. Fonden har som målsättning att nå 3 miljarder DKK och följer samma strategi som sin föregångare; att bygga värde i bolag inom det lägre segmentet av medelstora danska och svenska företag. Detta avses göras genom förbättringar av den operationella verksamheten, konsolideringsprogram och internationell expansion. Martin Lindh arbetade tidigare inom SEB Private Equity som investment manager. Innan dess arbetade han för McKinsey under fem år där han var Senior Associate inom Private Equity enheten.

Madsen har fem års konsulterfarenhet inom M&A, företagsvärdering, affärsmodulering och företagsstrategi. Madsen började sin karriär på KPMG innan han gick till Deloitte och senast på Implement Consulting Group.
