Spiltan Fonder är en av vinnarna på budet på Axis

Göteborg (FinWire) – Axis, som levererar nätverksvideolösningar, är dagens vinnare på Stockholmsbörsen efter ett kontantbud från japanska Canon. Budet är på 340 kronor per aktie och rekommenderas av styrelsen. Budpremien är 50 procent räknat på gårdagens stängningskurs på 226,90 kronor. De tre största ägarna i Axis, som äger 39,5 procent av aktierna, har åtagit sig att acceptera budet.

Axis aktie klättrar med 48 procent till 335 kronor klockan 10.20 på tisdagen. Budet ger Axis ett börsvärde på 23,4 miljarder dollar.

Splitan Fonder är en av vinnarna på budet. Spiltan Aktiefond Sverige hade Axis som tredje största innehav med en vikt på 6,1 procent vid årsskiftet. Den regionala fonden Splitan Aktiefond Småland hade Axis som åttonde största innehav med en vikt på 4,1 procent.

Spiltan Fonder ingår i Spiltan som handlas på Alternativa Aktiemarknaden.
