Nya ägare i Shepherd Energy

Stockholm (HedgeNordic.com) –  Shepherd Energy AB, investeringsbolaget som förvaltar Shepherd Energy Portfolio, meddelar att Jukka Virtala, Finn-Olav Berglie och Christian S. Jansen genom investmentbolag har förvärvat en majoritet av aktierna i Shepherd Holding AB.

Jukka Virtala har mer än 25 års erfarenhet av att handla på elmarknaderna och kommer vara ansvarig förvaltare för en ny elportfölj som understöds av Shepherd Energy’s forsknings -och tradingteam. Christian S. Jansen kommer ta rollen som VD för Shepherd Energy medan Lina Petrell kommer ha positionen som COO och samtidigt fortsätta vara ansvarig för den operativa verksamheten. Finn-Olav Berglie kommer fortsätta vara styrelseordförande.

Lina Petrell säger i en kommentar att det nuvarande teamet är entusiastiska inför förändringarna i ägarskap och ledning. Hon är övertygad att Jukka Virtalas långa erfarenhet inom elhandel och Finn-Olav Berglies samt Christian S. Jansens bakgrund från internationella hedgefonder kommer stärka Shepherd Energy’s goda rykte som ledande inom nordisk elhandel.

Born in 1974, Kamran today again lives in Vienna, Austria.
